We have designed a wide range of workshops to support organisations and services, empowering you to provide training and education for employees or clients.

Designed for a wide range of professionals to run

The workshops have been designed to be user-friendly for professionals who work either with staff or a client group. Debra-Lee Biggar Therapy Workshops are designed to be delivered by a range of professionals including managers, social workers, counsellors, teachers, facilitators, health workers, addictions practitioners, nurses etc.

Flexible and expandable

The workshops can be run as a single workshop or combined together to make up a full program that could be run over one to two days or several weeks. For example, for Anxiety you could use the following workshops that would be relevant: Anxiety management, CBT, Sleep hygiene, Relaxation, Mindfulness, Stress management, and Alcohol and drug use.

A complete workshop package, out of the box

Each workshop is built around a fully scripted PowerPoint presentation, taking the stress away from having to remember key points, and include other resources such as:

  • ongoing support for delivery

  • completion certificates for users

  • screening tools to evaluate

  • client feedback and work books

  • the option to receive updated versions.
